Steve L. Clark
Steve Clark has been involved in real estate since 1960, when at 18, he became the youngest licensed real estate salesman in Kansas . He continued accumulating experience throughout college, graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University (WSU). After college, Clark achieved the rank of Captain as a fighter pilot for the U.S. Air Force.
He has netted a national reputation as an appraiser, licensed general contractor, property manager and developer of residential, office, and industrial properties. Clark has been involved in many diverse business investments. In 1979, Clark entered the self-storage industry. Having replicated his initial concept, Security Self-Storage® is now a subsidiary of CLARK Investment Group (CIG) with over 50 properties in several states.
Clark has developed and managed over 2,000 apartment units, 4,000,000 square feet of industrial properties, 3,000 homes and multifamily units, and is involved in numerous business investments in over 30 states. Today, Steve pilots his own jet on his many business travels.
