Jim Morgan
Since 1970, Jim Morgan has built a career and extensive experience in the aviation industry which includes Cessna Aircraft Company. At Cessna, he has been key in the strategic planning, facility site selection and design, compliance, operations and quality of nine domestic and one international Cessna-owned service centers.
An experienced pilot, Morgan helped grow the total facility square footage from 262,000 sq. ft. to 1,000,000 sq. ft. at ten different MRO locations during the period of 1980-2005. Morgan also helped to grow revenues during that same time period by 80%.
Morgan's facilities consistently ranked in the Top 15 of the Professional Pilot Magazine Praise Survey with the Cessna Citation Service Center network being voted #1 OEM Customer Service Organization in 2002 and 2005.
